I work one on one to provide you with a custom tailored experience delivering a one of a kind wearable art costume.
Upon booking you will receive:

Best hand picked materials chosen
One of a kind sketches customized to your needs and physique
Custom airbrushing and hand-dyed materials customized to match your skin tone as well as chosen color palettes (if chosen)

Include : FULL name, sport or talent or agency, coaches, location, rough event date when needed, budgetOnce we receive your inquiry, we will review the details and contact you to schedule an initial consultation. This meeting will help us understand your vision and requirements in-depth.
The timeline for creating a custom costume varies based on the complexity of the design and our current workload. Typically, it takes 12 week from initial consultation unless approved for rush delivery.
After the consultation, we will provide you with a detailed quote. A deposit of half the estimated total amount is due at signing to lockdown your timeline in our work calendar. The remaining balance is due PRIOR to pick up or delivery of products.
We accept Zelle or Venmo.We will maintain regular communication through email, phone calls, and in-person or virtual meetings as needed. You will receive updates at each stage of the design and creation process.
Yes you may make changes as long as patterns have not yet been made and or materials have been purchased. However keep in mind too many changes will result in additional fees as well as delivery dates to be pushed back.
Yes, along with the delivery of your costume, we provide detailed care instructions to help you maintain the quality and longevity of your custom piece. We also offer in house cleaning for those nervous about doing it themselves for a fee.
Rush orders can sometimes be accommodated depending on our schedule and the complexity of the costume. Additional fees will apply for expedited services. Please mention any urgent deadlines in your initial inquiry.
No fittings are necessary as we use mannequins as well as add padding in required areas to mimic clients physique. If client is at driving distance and feels more comfortable they may come to one initial phase fitting.
If adjustments are needed after delivery it is judged on a case by case basis to determine if additional fees would be inquired. All shipping fees are customer responsibility.We use UPS of FEDEX only. For international delivery we may also use DHL depending on delivery address. We also deliver via overnight, 2-day or 3-day delivery. Ground delivery is HIGHLY not recommended due to too many truck changes.
AT HOME
MEASUREMENTS
After your consultation and sketches are complete, we will do at home measurements via zoom. I will have a measuring tape around me and show you how to do the measurements on yourself. I ask you have a 3rd party person measure you while I advise accordingly.
